For landlords who live abroad you will be regarded as non-UK resident for tax purposes, you will need to apply to the Inland Revenue for Non-Resident Landlord status. Ask Assured Property Rentals for the relevant form. Upon receipt of your completed NRL1 form they will issue authority for us to pay you rent without deducting tax, we are able to guide you through this process.
